Course content

When people use apps or interactive websites, they read user experience (UX) writing. This is the most common kind of text most people see, but they probably don’t realize it. Good UX writing is invisible to the user. Unlike most technical or support content creators, who work to describe how to use the products that exist, UX content designers work upstream, using their skills with language to make products and services that are easy for people to use while meeting business needs.

In this training, students will learn how to write content that is clear, concise, purposeful, accessible, and the one that creates a great user experience. We will explore using design and research tools, we will critique and iterate, and we will discuss collaboration with other people in product design.
