Technical communicators are being asked to do more with their content, and respond to more complex business demands. Content production is expected to run like a well-oiled machine. With the adoption of new channels, there is a risk of fragmenting content into an increasing number of silos, making content maintenance a nightmare. How do we climb out of our old process ruts to make our lives easier and deliver content to meet business needs? This workshop provides a set of assessment tools to helps participants assess their own situations and find an operational model that will work for them.

About Rahel Anne Bailie

Rahel Anne Bailie is the founder of Content, Seriously, a London, UK based consultancy. She is well-known in the content industry, with books, awards, and accolades to her name. She also teaches in a Content Strategy Master’s programme at an Austrian university. More importantly, she is passionate about content and has spent over two decades helping companies make sense of their content operations, taking on increasingly-complex problem in the areas of content strategy, content operations, knowledge management, and related areas where she has been asked to look at content, very seriously.
