- Membership to the Pune library shall be restricted to members who currently live in Pune.
- Members are responsible for replacing books that are lost or damaged while in their possession or reimburse the value of the book to STC India.
- Members shall visit the library to borrow and return books.
- The library shall issue photo ID cards to all members.
- Members can borrow books up to the membership expiry date noted on the ID cards.
- Members shall show their membership cards at the time of borrowing books.
