The contemplation over Centralization vs. Decentralization as a current day business need comes to us in an era where companies’ efficiency and productivity have never been more critical than before. The dynamic business evolution demands companies’ to rapidly respond to change while maintaining stability and massively rests on the strategy the company adopts.
