Is Technical Communication a Catalyst to Business Success?

How effective is technical communication in today’s dynamic and challenging world of business? How do technical communicators add value to the business? What does the management expect from technical communicators? How do we deal with the high-demand, low-supply job market in this part of the world? We keep asking ourselves such questions while striving to achieve professional excellence. Indus invited a few people who matter in the industry to answer such concerns and share their viewpoints on technical communication.

In the four theme articles in this issue, our guest columnists from the top management of leading corporate houses such as Zensar Technologies, Maximize Learning, i2 Technologies, and Oracle Corporation delve deep into the different facets of technical communication.

Each article in this series reveals the relevance of technical and non-technical communication, and their contribution to the mainstream business strategies.
