Networking Opportunities

STC Annual Conference

STC's annual conference is the world's largest gathering of technical communicators. This time the conference is special, as it marks 50 golden years of STC. The conference would be held at Wyndham Anatole Hotel in Dallas, Texas, USA, from May 18 to 21, 2003. The conference will include more than 250 educational presentations, workshops, vendor exhibits, and displays of the winning entries of the Society's international competitions. It is an excellent opportunity to network with your peers and possibly find the next job for yourself, or another role that you may like to play at your firm.

You can check details about the STC annual conference at the special web site, www.stc.org/50thConf/index.asp.

Content Management Strategies 2003: April 28-29, Washington DC

What are other companies doing to prepare for and implement content management? Is there someone else struggling with the same challenges? How are they getting the time to work on a creative solution? What about funding for technology? How do I benefit from their successes and challenges?

At the 2003 Content Management Strategies conference, the people who lead the teams at benchmarked companies by the Center for Information-Development Management will give insights that can help you make your venture into content management successful.

To attend the conference, register at www.cm-strategies.com.
