Bringing ‘technical’ back to writing

As we move around our daily jobs of creating manuals, generating content, playing around with instructions do we forget that technology is an essential part of a technical writer’s arsenal? As attention deficit grows we tend to dumb down our content but are we also purging out the real ‘technical’ information in the process?

Let us talk about how to bring technology back into a technical writer’s world.
