The STC India Hyderabad Chapter organized a Regional Conference on 18th June, 2016 at Hyderabad. The Hexagon Capability Center India Private Limited had offered their outright support by sponsoring the venue to host the Regional Conference besides, gifts to the speakers, and voluntarily assisted in registration process.The Blue Dots Consultancy Services all the
way from Bangalore lent their support by sponsoring mementos to the speakers.

Around 70 people including speakers and participants from various organization and places with varied level of experience attended the event. They were all moved by the event and termed this as the best event in Hyderabad.

Event Highlights

– Event started with a welcome note by the City Representative and the momentum its gaining for the ensuing Annual Conference scheduled on 9th and 10th Dec 2016 at Hyderabad.
– The importance of being a part of STC and membership benefits was well explained to the audience.
– Panel discussions on Standards and Agile were informative and enjoyable with more interaction among the panelists, participants and moderator.
– The presentation on Managing Managers helped the audience to learn the art of dealing with different types of honchos.
– Sessions on UX Design, Incorporate Analytic into design, non-verbal communications, Content Governance in WIKI, and Quick Bytes were well presented by the enthusiastic speakers.
– Emcee & Quiz Master have played their role and made the audience refreshed throughout the event.

Sumptuous lunch and photo session gave an opportunity to the participants to expand their network. Participants were very jubilant to collect the certificates and thanked STC India for issuing certificates and organizing the event.
This memorable event created utmost curiosity among the participants to meet again in the coming annual conference to be a part of a conglomeration of events.

Hyderabad City Rep – STC India Chapter


The India chapter of the Society for Technical Communication is pleased to announce the Regional Conference for Technical Communicators, on Saturday, 18th June 2016, in Hyderabad.  Please feel free to forward this to those who may be interested to participate.

The following two veteran speakers among the speakers will participate and present their topic:

Kiranmayee P (from Chennai)

She has about 30 yrs of in depth know-how in technical writing. She has been associated with STC for about 15 yrs, awarded as the best speaker. She is going to explain about the DDREC prototype and share her experiences with the Senior Managers.

Rajdeep Gupta (from Bangalore)

More than 8 yrs of association with STC playing various roles successfully is going to share his experiences and the secret of success after becoming STC member.
