Patsy Paul

 

Patsy R Paul has close to 12 years of experience in information development, with the last 4 years at Dell. She currently leads the Server Hardware documentation for Dell EMC Information Design & Development. Patsy has worked in Enterprise Hardware, CRM, ERP, SCM, Finance, and Banking domains. She loves her books, travels, and many a tasty meals.

Ghaus Rabbani

 

Ghaus has more than 10 years of experience in developing, architecting, and delivering Technical Content. He started as a Technical Writer at AOL when structured authoring platforms were not widely available and DITA was fairly new. He then went on to architect content in addition to writing and delivering it working across multiple domains. He has served as a Lead and SME delivering content audits, tools training, product training, and helping create content transforms before taking up management and delivery of services.

Sheshadri Rao

 

Sheshadri has two decades’ combined experience in process, software, hardware, QMS, and DR documentation. He is curently working as principal writer for software documentation, and also plays the role of content strategistWith at Dell EMC. Sheshadri loves writing poems, translating literature from Kannada & Sanskrit to English, playing cricket, and helping the needy.

Tony Michael

 

Tony has over 18 years of experience in software development, Localization quality as well as project management and Globalization domain. He has worked on domains like Banking, Trading, Leasing, Enterprise storage & security software. Tony has been at Dell for 2 years and is currently managing the localization programs for the Enterprise software and Documents with the Globalization team from DELL EMC India R&D centre. Tony is passionate about localization process improvement.

Ruchi Vohra

 

Ruchi has over ten years of experience as a Technical Writer. She is a senior writer with Innovatia, based in Bangalore, India. She has an extensive experience in technical writing and creating documentation from scratch and rebranding the existing documentation for Networking products, Public safety domain, and financial sector. She is passionate about researching in the fields of Agile Methodology, User Experience through UI and UX, and Information Experience.

Preethi Satish

 

Preethi has over ten years of experience in developing end-user documentation. She is a Senior Technical Writer with Innovatia, based in Bangalore, India. She has worked with different project teams and learned to continuously adapt to diverse process and methods followed during project development. She is always on the lookout to investigate process-related issues and collaborate to implement process improvement across projects and teams.

Rishi Sood

 

Rishi has over 15 years of experience in the information development and knowledge management domain. He has worked on domains like, ERP, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Hardware and Software. Rishi has been at Dell for 8 years and is currently the India lead for the Content Operations team for the DellEMC Information Design & Development. Rishi is passionate about innovations and automation of tasks.

Srikanta Dash

Srikanta Dash works as the Engineering Manager for the Information Development team at Unisys India Private Limited, Bangalore. He is a certified PMP from PMI. He has over 17 years of experience that encompasses technical writing, technical editing, project management, people management, and delivery management. Currently, he looks into the delivery management function, and plays a key role in driving innovation and thought leadership. In his leisure time, he likes to keep himself abreast with the current affairs and is an ardent fan of cricket.
