Mind your user’s business!

As technical communicators, we help our users perform various tasks using software. In doing so, should we focus on the features of the software or on the business process which the users follow? The answer is pretty obvious, but practicing it, tedious! This session covers the principles of writing business process-based documentation, peppered with realistic examples which users can relate to.
