Creating tomorrow’s Information Experience with today’s team

The last things today’s users want is a manual full of text and yet that is the first default thing that the technical writers often produce. It takes a lot of effort and strategic planning to turn the situation around. Aimed at team leads and managers, the session will (a) Explain the concept of creating an information experience as opposed to building help and manuals, (b) Explain the tools and processes to institutionalize the practice of creating information experience

Session takeaways:

  • Planning
  • Measuring and feedback
  • Stakeholder education
  • Training the team
  • Challenges and lessons learned
