Registration Instructions

Listed below are the instructions for registration.

  • Name - Enter your Full Name.
  • Company - Select the check box to print your Company Name on the badge.
  • Email - Enter your e-mail address.
  • Address Information - Enter your complete mailing address.
  • Badge Name - Enter your First Name or Nickname, as you would like to be printed on your Conference badge.
  • STC Member - Select the check box if you are a STC Member.

Payment Details
Fees for the Conference will be accepted only as Demand Drafts and Cheques. Please attach the Demand Draft or Cheque to the Registration Form. Registration fees are detailed under Registration fees section. Kindly make the payments in favour of "India Chapter STC". The Demand Draft must be drawn on a bank in Bangalore.
Please add Rs. 50/- for outstation cheques.

The Conference Registration Fees include lunch and dinner on December 3, 2004
and lunch on December 4, 2004.
