EXPERIENCE : 3 – 10 years

• Development of training manuals.
• Translating a design document into a story board.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Understanding and translating the design document into a storyboard.
• Scripting information in a language appropriate to the audience and context.
• Should possess a passion for writing, express a message clearly, briefly and persuasively.
• Detail-orientation, good copyediting skills.
• Presenting information in an interesting and interactive manner that keeps the audience engaged and active.
• Sound knowledge of Instructional Design principles and methods.
• Create learning objects, prepare storyboards for various subject in IT, Soft skills, Business process for learning purpose.
• Have a good eye for detail, design, and typography.
• Strong on Logic & Analytical ability.
• Sound visualization skills.
• Sound computer skills (MS Office).
• Aware of Internet technology.
