Documenting enterprise-level software – software that’s built by geeks, for geeks and geek-managers. A dedicated techcomm infrastructure team that picks up my Help 3.0 ideas and turns them into reality. The fringe benefits of working on speed teams and initiatives that implement shiny, new user assistance ideas that often roll out beyond the Rational boundaries and into the greater IBM pool and then, beyond. That’s what I get when I work at the Rational Software labs of IBM, India.
This is the team that wants to take you on board if you are a techwriter of 4 to 10 years, do your core job well, and dream in Agile, XML, DITA, and similar stuff.
