The India chapter of Society for Technical Communication (STC) is pleased to announce its next learning session for FY10 in Hyderabad. The session is scheduled for March 20, 2010 (Saturday).
The highlight of this month’s learning session is that it is focused on Microsoft Products and being conducted at the Microsoft Campus. Also, there are complementary & interesting curios for all the participants, courtesy Microsoft Corporation.

About the topics:

Sameer will talk about Windows 7, the latest operating system by Microsoft. The talk will focus on what’s new in Windows 7 (compared to its predecessors) along with the new powerful capabilities introduced in this new OS. The next half of the session will focus on a talk on MS Office 2010 along with a sneak peek into MS Office 2010. The sessions will be totally interactive and you can inundate Sameer with any questions that you want answered on these MS products.
Profile of the Speaker

Sameer Chhabra is an experienced technical communicator, with a total professional working experience of 12 years in the IT industry. He started his career as a faculty at NIIT and presently works as Content Lead at Microsoft Global Services India (MGSI) in Hyderabad. His experience highlights his skills in technical editing, technical writing, instructional design, and internal communications. It also underlines his program management, project management, and people management capabilities. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and a member of the Society for Technical Communication (STC).
